If you thought you knew all about sausages and how to cook them, think again. Chef Stan Stasevitsh, currently making waves with his delicious cuisine in Framlingham at the Lemon Tree Bistro, will be demonstrating some exciting new ideas with sausages! It could be cassoulet, terrine, pate or… it all depends on the fresh local produce Stan sources on the day.
Chris Bushby, Director of Suffolk Agricultural Association, talks about the Suffolk Show and fantastic Suffolk produce getting the recognition it’s worthy of.
